If the sauce had been mustard I'd have been happy as it was it was an ugly color of tasteless nothing I didn't use it at all. This chef should be sent back to school until he/she learns how to cook!. IT was the worse tasting Bearnaise sauce I've ever been served. It had a scum on the surface I stirred into the rest (as it WAS) cold - room temp. It was room temperature congealed in the "boat" AND it was the UGLIEST orange-brownish color - like a mustard color. dah, why not bring it with the food!!! It did arrive later just as I was about finished with my 1/3 of the steak. It wasn't served with my dish, nor when those all around me were served I asked the waiter and was told the sauce would be brought LATER. I also asked for their Bearnaise sauce (a Big Menu item). Yes this was a large diner party but really no excuse to serve the bread, the appys, the steaks, the mashed, the fries, the bread, the olives, the fish ALL AT ROOM TEMPERATURE!!!!!!!! I was left wondering if they did a better job for a table of two. I was hungry but only ate about 1/3 of this big steak. I had asked the waiter if this was their PRIME strip as on the big menu as I ordered it (as it wasn't list this way on the Tiny menu) he said yes it was if it was, then this steakhouse is really bad. It WAS cooked the way I asked (medium) but it really was a tasteless piece of beef NOT chef seasoned at all. The humus and flat bread was very good the flat bread was great! My bone-in strip steak wasn't that good. The appys of roasted vegetables was POOR, nearly RAW vegetables not cooked let alone roasted. The "regular" menu wasn't available they forced a tiny party menu on the group at each place-setting with 3 steak, 1 fish, 1 chicken option not bad selection in general AND the wait staff did allow (graciously) substitutions here & there like for the fries instead of the mashed.
